WHO WE ARE
Building Community, Spreading Hope
United Giving Hope was founded by humanitarian and civil rights activist, Julie Contreras. Julie, has been carrying out emergency intervention for immigration cases across the USA, Mexico, Central America, South America & other countries across the globe for the past thirty-five years. Julie has directly helped hundreds of individuals fleeing human trafficking situations, extreme violence, and persecution; and has helped feed and provide basic resources to thousands of families in the U.S. and abroad through her many community events over the years. Julie has also provided courageous leadership and support in community efforts to pursue justice for victims of discrimination and violence in the United States.

United Giving Hope became a registered charity organization in 2020 to meet the growing need for our services. We are an organization founded on acceptance, fairness, and compassion. We were founded to help those amongst us most in-need regardless of race, ethnicity, sex, age, sexual orientation and gender identity.
